GlideScope Go should be an essential part of every paramedics bag, as well as stocked in high volume trauma ER facilities. The ability to quickly see what is causing the problem with a person's airway, whether a foreign body obstuction, edema, or trauma, and quickly assessing the problem can save a life. Not only will this compact laryngoscope help to spot issues with a patients airway, it can help to guide a tricky intubation. Airway management is one of the most important skills to save a life and having a GlideScope Go can be a tremendous help. In a study done by Ibinson, Ezaru, Cormican, and Mangione (2014), they found "A greater first-attempt success rate was found when using the GlideScope versus direct laryngoscopy. In addition, the GlideScope was found to be 99% successful for intubation after initial failure of direct laryngoscopy, helping to reduce the incidence of failed intubation" (p.1).

My top strengths are anayltical, consistency, relator, intellction, and significance.

Abraham- Arranger)- I choose him because he will be able to direct people with what they need to accomplish, which is no an attribute I am strong in. He will be strong in seeing the end game and be able to see the way we should best work together to maximize our potential.
Carter- Communication- Having someone who is great at communication is a win in any team. He will be able to present our topic and idea to the board and put any thoughts we have into the key words and phrases needed to get the innovation brought into our facility.
Daisy- Developer- Daisy is needed on our team because she has the ability to cultivate talent in people. She can show people how to take their small idea and turn it into a larger project. She will balance out the consistency trait in me, as I tend to treat everyone the same, and sometimes you have to treat people differently to help them blossom.
Fernando- Focus- Fernando will help the team to stay on track. With having lots of different personalities and strengths, projects can quickly veer off course. By having Fernando, he can hopefully help the team stay on topic.
Faith- Futuristic- She has the chance to be imaginative. As I don't have a creative bone in my body, having someone who can see the future vision will help our project along. She will also be able to help inspire the rest of the team.

This group of people would be the best to work on the project due to having a person from each of the domains in the group. We will help to balance each other out while creating a great project and presentation.
