We regularly keep tracking and monitoring our stock levels to ensure we have enough stock to prepare for the next batch of our product to meet the customer's request. Next, the value proposition is a unique value proposition where we focus more on uniqueness, which makes it less useful for the general market, but it is useful to a specific target market due to its unique features. As for customer relationships, we do online customer care where our goal is to enhance our customer's satisfaction and build positive relationships with our customers. Apart from that, we use online channels such as Instagram and WhatsApp to advertise our products and as a medium of conversation with customers. Our customer segments are focusing on students to provide them with a variety choice of foods. Our key resources for this business are our staff and in-house manufacturing. People always thought that if someone has a brilliant business idea and hardworking, they will succeed and grow their business. In fact, there are many strategies that an enterprneur could follow to achieve success, such as know your customers, work 'on' the business and how to manage your time and money
