         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><strong>Define strategy:<br>The significant long term decisions a business makes to meet the need of stakeholders e.g "what are we gonna do to win the market?"<br>Companies develop strategies for the entire business<br><br>Define globalization:<br>Wide range of international forces influencing a business organization<br><br>Explain context (Google)<br>- Nature of business: </strong>A multinational company that specializes in providing online services such as advertising, and advanced technological products. Flat organizational structure, only a few layers of management, which means there is a short chain of command and better communication between layers of management. this also means that managers have a wide span of control. A manager would have several Google branches he/she is responsible for.<br><strong><br>Thesis statement:<br>&nbsp;</strong>How does google's corporate culture affect their approaches to globalization?<strong><br><br></strong>Google uses the differentiation strategy. Penetrating into the global market with unique and innovative products. Google's approach towards globalization is by taking an ideology and making it globally recognized. They do so by considering how their ideologies would be accepted in different countries and cultures and use that to develop themselves further. Ex. Google.com became registered as an official domain on the internet in 1997, available for use from all over the world, containing information from all over the world suited to each user's needs. proof is, Google has become a great part in our lives. it is found in school, at home, at work, on mobile phones, basically anywhere all over the world. "Google" itself has become a verb meaning to search something up on google to find out more about it.
