         <description><![CDATA[<p>There is improvement across almost all areas. That's really awesome! The biggest thing that jumped out to me is the 41% retention rate from Primary to Secondary is very sad, but we probably retain less than this at our schools because of the Secondary School setup and what the students need to "give up" in order to continue with Music/IMSS.</p>]]></description>
