    In order for social media to be effective in the education, time will need to be spent training staff and continued with on-going development (Moran, Seaman, Trinti-Kane, 2011). Education World (2012) offers up virtual faculty meetings. An Acceptable Use Policy needs to be developed with staff trained at Welcome Back workshops each fall, also recommended by Creighton and Tareilo (2011) is staff, parents, and students sign this policy acknowledging they understand the risks and consequences of inappropriate use.
