My joy and eagerness for the worldwide adventure that awaited me surged when the crisp fall air welcomed me to Brighton on September 26. I was instantly taken aback by this seaside city's diverse vitality and rich cultural tapestry as soon as I stepped into its lively streets. There seemed to be stories of exploration and adventure around every corner, from the busy streets of the North Laine to the serene shores of Brighton Beach.

I knew going into this trip as a college student that studying abroad would be more than simply an intellectual experience; it would be a life-changing event that would expand my perspectives and change the way I saw the world. In the next months, I fully engaged in Brighton's cosmopolitan culture, making friends with individuals from all over the world.

Upon contemplating my overseas experience in Brighton, I am overwhelmed with thankfulness for the chance to fully embrace a foreign culture, establish enduring relationships, and advance both intellectually and personally. It's a part of my life that I will always treasure and a proof of the transformational force that comes from embracing the unknown and moving outside of your comfort zone.

I'm a Brighton college student, and I'm preparing for my degree in international business management through both academic enrichment and the development of useful skills. I am developing a thorough grasp of strategic management, cross-cultural communication, and global economics via challenging courses and practical experiences. By taking advantage of networking events, courses, and internships, I'm improving my capacity to negotiate the intricacies of the international market. Hi, my name is Adam and I am currently 16 years old and about to turn 17 on the 1st of August. I am from India and Tunisia although I have been born and brought up in the UAE (United Arab Emirates), specifically in the tourist city of Dubai. I attended an international school that guaranteed me and excellent education and also made me excel in my English classes which then allowed me to come to Brighton.

My personal development as a college student in Brighton has been a journey filled with setbacks and victories. In life and career skills classes, working in groups has shown to be useful as well as demanding. On the one hand, it has given me invaluable experience in cooperation and communication, enabling me to gain knowledge from a variety of viewpoints and cultivate teamwork skills that will be essential for my future profession. But it has also brought with it challenges like clashing schedules and disparate work styles, which call for tolerance and flexibility. As a result of these experiences, I am developing into a more robust and flexible person who can successfully negotiate the challenges of both the workplace and the classroom.

I improved my research techniques in FC300 by learning how to use databases, assess sources, and efficiently synthesize data. I now have the resources necessary to perform in-depth research in a variety of academic and professional settings. I studied business-related themes in FC306, where I learned about financial management, market research, and strategic planning. My comprehension of the corporate world has expanded as a result of these experiences, which have also helped me develop the critical thinking and problem-solving abilities necessary for success in any industry.
