for me before i even design i will try my best to understand their design language as much as possible. however if it happened, i will try to talk to them and discuss how to adjust the design to fit for them more. maybe showing more example, etc... and finally i will try to convince the clients that how my design would fit with their language.

if making the logo bigger will ruin the composition of the design, i will explain to them why it need to be this size. if they still unhappy then i will try my best just to make the logo bigger a bit (in order to still keep the composition good) and explain to them that i cant make it bigger more than this.

Sure, we can make the logo bigger. However, the main focus should be the design itself. Making the logo bigger will also mean that the customers will be distracted and unable to focus on the design. Also, can you be sure of the default size of the logo so there won't be any misunderstanding between us?

And send them options of the original version and the "bigger logo" version for comparison.

I think for the scénario 3, when my client keep me running in a circle especially don’t like everything that I had made , I think I would reinterpret the old designs that my client again, but in a different way and approach looking torwards it!

I would ask why they want the logo to be bigger and how they want to do it. I then try making the logo bigger and make sure the rest of the content is adjusted accordingly. After that, I can offer them a comparison between the before and after, and we can discuss and improve from there.

I'll ask the client for examples of designs they like and put it next to mine, ask them to point out which aspect they disagree with.

If they don't know what is wrong, I'll focus on the target audience and the product, showing the client examples similar to mine that had worked and try to convince them.

Send the client 3 to 4 version of logo's size, from smallest, a bit bigger and biggest when placed onto a format like as a watermark for a picture, logo placement in banners, etc

Break down the design into individual elements, then ask the client in non-complex design language. What do they think of that element, do they like it, how would they change it?
Ask them to show references, inspiration to further visualise what they have in mind but cannot put into words.

I'd work with them beforehand (preferred, color palettes, typefaces, icon types etc.) In a case where the design doesn't suffice:

Which aspect do you feel need to be changed?
Provide quick draft, sketches, moodboard to confirm the change.

At this point they ain't even know what they want, so I'll suggest both parties recreating another detailed brief that reflect the closest vision to their idea. No more playing with the product because the brief is the biggest problem.
