There was a man named Pétur on Árskógsströnd he lived in the start of the 19th century and died as an old man. He was narrow minded and had a huge cataract on one eye, wich he got as a young man because he, says the story, started to learn witchcraft. He thought he had completed his studies and wanted to try it out by reviving a ghost. He went one night to the cemetery at Stærri-Árskógur. Everybody was sleeping and it was quiet when Pétur started saying all the incantation he knew, finally a ghost rose from the ground. Pétur thought the ghost was quite hideous and he lost his courage to keep on the incantation. To his bad luck, the ghost he had revived was his own mother and she strengthened quickly, rose to her feet and attacked him. They wrestled for a while and she got madder by every minute they wrestled. The priest at Stærri-Árskógur wakes in his bed in the middle of the night and because he is wize he knows there is something going on in the cemetery. He dresses quickly and hurries out where he sees Pétur and the old woman wrestle and as he walks closer it is obvious that Pétur is getting exhausted. When the old woman sees the priest, she spits into her son's eye, let's go of him and runs away. We've classified your story as a saga, but considring you've writing that it is happening in the 19th century, we've had a hard time, figuring out the genre, since there very few, if not no sagas from the 19th century. The plot of the story is also very atypical for that periode of time. 
If we look past the fact that it's happening in the 19th century, we believe that it's a saga, with elements of heroism, supernaturalism and an over all theme, which describes the dangers of dealing with magic, or things we dont understand in general. Another theme might be that christianity is real cool! Now I would think that it would be obvious. Perhaps we should add something like pizza or rather maybe something like a salat. My mother always told me that if I wanted to be president I had to eat my greens, but my dad told me that it was bullshit so I never listened, therefore I think we should add a lot of greens to our canteen, in addition to that I will make it happen not just in this canteen, but in all canteens, all over the planet.
