Since I identify as a cis-woman, i haven’t dealt with discrimination against my sexuality, but have often dealt with comments about my gender, whether it was from my peers, or old creepy men.

I was not subjected to any bullying because of my gender or sexuality. I do know some people that have had very tough experiences being physically hurt

Reflecting on my experience in sports as a woman. Women are continually perceived to be less than men and to that I say: THE RISE OF WOMEN DOES NOT MEAN THE FALL OF MEN!

I feel like i have been fortunate enough for this to not affect me personally. However, i have had many friends throughout the years who have struggled with people not understanding them or be willing to even be nice to them solely based on how they “present” themselves. Which i think is very unfair for them because they are just trying to be themselves the same as everyone else.

I think that my school experiences were not negatively or positively impacted by my gender. Personally as a female, I think that my gender has come up in school because it is often at least in my opinion that females are more often pushed into subjects like english rather than math, and I feel that I was pushed more into the english side of school rather than the math side.
