We do this through examining, understanding and implementing the collective vision, instructional coaching and digital citizenship/tools of our team at the school level. Our collective consciousness is greater and more expansive than the individual perspective. As a team, we are more energized and committed to the goals and objectives of the team which, in turn, provides a strong foundation for fulfilling individual objectives and goals at the school level.
