          Teaching is a holy occupation for me because what this job does is to pass current wisdom to later generations, and the more students a teacher has, the longer time this teacher's ideas will lasting.  Sometimes, I feel life is too short to understand its meaning, and most people don't see the meaning of their lives from a correct angle until they get probably over 60 years old.  What unfortunate is that most of the times after people realize the meaning of their lives, they don't have enough time to make changes, but teaching can reduce these kind of regrets because it shares elders' experience which helps people to avoid same mistakes that elders have made before.

Action #1: Change Learning Value
          This is the most important action strategy to take because Chinese students only focus on their grades; however, I think grade tells something but not everything.   Change my students' value toward grades will change many current settings, such as assigning students in different classes base on their grades or give more attention to students who have better grades.  Change learning value and let me students think of why they need to learn, and these will help me leading my students with more understand of each other; as a result, everyone will not treat each other as competitors, so they will love each other more.
Action #2: Emphasize Communication 
          Based on Chinese population, what usually happen is that one teacher gives speech for 50 - 60 students per class within only 40 minutes, so most of time students don' t get the chance talk to teachers. Communication is the fundamental of teaching and when I become a leader of my students, I will open my free time to my students and welcome every my student communicate with me and address their problems to me.           One thing I can do to inspire my students is to involve more elements in my class.  The current situation is that most of Chinese teachers focus on teaching students how to deal with different tests and most students are trained to do test. One thing I want to do is put more elements in my class which allows students to develop their interests in diverse areas.  Music, Computer, Internet, Drawing, and so on, lots of thing I can involve in my class and these will discover my students talents in various areas and inspire them to pursue the field that they interested in; as a result, they will have energy and motivation to do the thing they like.
Action #2: Story Telling
  I am the kind of person who always admire elders' wisdom, and I believe story telling will let people know meaningful stories and inspire people learn from these stories.
