Which pillar do you wish you had shown more of, and why?

skilled communicator- when facing challenges like getting lost at somewhere or having a disagreement in a discussion, I work together with my watch to contribute everyone's idea and ask our instructor for a way out.

person of character- one day when I was the i.c, I wasn't caring for everyone in the watch but continued walking while thinking that they could catch up so I think i should be more thoughtful.

foresight as i had to plan ahead to ensure that we could have a comfortable experience and prepare myself.

compassionate collabrorator. I think i did a pretty good job in suggesting ideas for the group, and checking up with everyone.

skilled communicator. I wish I talked more with everyone, to understand their point of view in the discussions.

I was a skilled communicator when we had to decide what food to bring and how we were going to distribute the weight evenly for the land expedition.

I wish I had more foresight so I could have decided what to pack properly.

Puts people first. During the land expedition to Living Lab and back, I would help to carry miscellaneous items such as the hiking stick and jerry can, so that my groupmates would not have too much of a load.

I wish I had shown more of Skilled Communicator. My group was still in a lot of disagreement, especially during the outdoor cooking segments, when some groupmates would complain about the food and the ones that prepared it would get upset.

Skilled communicator bc I communicated well with my teammates and we got everything done v fast and efficiently.

Has foresight bc I was more focused on the present to think ahead.

Having foresight. I almost always check if the thing that I/we are doing is going to be bad and what the possible consequences are. For example, during the land expedition, there was a moment where we were deciding on two possible ways to plan the rest of the hike. I weighed out the options and I decided for my group.

Skilled communicator. I communicated with my team on what they would like to eat as i am the ration IC.

Compassionate Collaborator. I helped to contribute my ideas in discussions and helped to look out for my teammates during the land expedition.

Skilled Communicator. I think I could have been better when giving them instructions from our instructor, and when I was rushed and put under pressure, I was scared to tell them to do things because I did not want to come off as rude or mean.

Skilled Communicator, Compassionate Collaborator. At times, when my friend giving suggestions, I listen and offer feedback on how it can be improved. I also put the trust and connections of our group first, I do help to give suggestions and ideas that could help us out.

Has foresight, puts people first. Because these pillars would offer my group more preparation for events like the 27 km hike, the tent pitching, and even outdoor cooking.

skilled communicator pillar. when i first arrived at the camp, i already made some new friends, especially those who were in my group. i also talked to them whenever we were hiking or preparing things, even when we were sleeping together.

leads with moral authority pillar. when i was the leader for the day, i didn't really had any courage or confidence to give out instructions to my group.

help care for one of my groupmate by sticking to their side and assisting them when they needed help in carrying smt during expedition or when they are feeling abit unwell.

although my group manage to communicate alot, we tend to quickly group ourselves with others who match our vibe easily and this causes others who are uncomfortable to speak up to be left out, which is unfortunate. therefore, i should have shown more of communicating with everyone

puts people first because i made sure to check on my friend who was really exhausted on the hike. And helped her carried some of her items

foresight. as some of the problems my grp faced could have been solved with proper planning

skilled communicator. i think everybody in my group got to know me very fast and i made friends with all of them and when there were disagreements among the group i was there to help solve it quickly.

I led my group as the day IC for day 3 and I encouraged my team not to give up when he had to hike to the Red Cross with our heavy bags. The servant leadership pillar that I served was Person of Character

I wish I had shown more of Compassionate Collaborator, as there wasn't really any activities for us to collaborate with another group

I demonstrated skilled communicator as i can talk with the people from regent successfully and i can learn more about their school and their personal backgrounds

I wish to show more foresight as during the expedition i did not anticipate the possible outcomes of it

I showed care and resilience during the course of the 5 days. and never gave up even if it gets hard because of it i learn to never give up during tough times

i wish to have shown more bravery and more communication during the course, because i was not the best at communicating and was not the first to step up at times.

I could've planned better especially when packing to go to pulau ubin I left alot of things behind

puts people first. helping to care for one another when situations start to get tougher and ensure we can all keep up. listening out to others when they voice out their own personal concerns and making sure they are feeling okay at times.

skilled communicator. sometimes my group has split opinions or did not properly listen to how things are supposed to be like, so there are small conflicts on the matter. however most of them are small enough to solve easily by using logic, but i do wish i could be more a skilled communicator.

Puts people first, this is because one time I saw that my teammate was washing the pots alone while everyone was packing their stuff. I went over to help her wash the pots even though i have not yet done packing my stuff.

I wished i had shown more of skilled communicator, this is because even though i felt there was something wrong in the way the leader is leading. I didn't step up and told him

I demonstrated Puts People First as I always did things for others, as I would always think of others needs first before helping myself, for example when my group mates needed help I would assist them. I also demonstrated Skilled Communicator as I would lead my group and plan the route, so I would communicate to our group when we could take breaks and where we needed to go.

Compassionate Collaborator as it wasn't easy to collaborate as a lot of the people from the other school did not really help much so it wasn't easy to collaborate with them as they didnt want to offer help but they were all very nice and kind and fun people!

putting people first. although i was tired i still helped my watchmate who was very tired to carry her stuff so i put her first before my own needs which is to rest.
