The crisis was evident, sales started to decrease (10% monthly during the year's last trimester) due to a clear disconnection 

with the brand's main target, the skaters. A market niche that was captivated with a lot effort, but was lost due to the lack of 

communication. 

Insight:

In Colombia, the skater community is more than 2 million people, they don't seem to be that much, but when we took a deep look into them, we discovered that they were completely loyal to the brand and were consuming it on a daily basis. They  actually turned it into a religion. Unfortunately even the strongest relationships end and that happened to ours. 

Trying to be a massive brand and at the same time a niche one, plus the two year period where the brand didn't talk made us disappear from our target's heart
