Ingredients:

 

Procees to prepate the récipe:

1. First: Prepare the beans

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pressure cooker for 3 minutes over medium heat.  Add the onion and tomato. Mix well, and finally cook for 2 minutes.

 
2. Second: Add the water

Add the three cups of water and the beans to the pot. Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes.

 

3. Third: beans

Remove the pot from the fire, take out the hot air carefully. Uncover the pot and check the beans. Put them back on the fire and cook it. The food sometimes should be stirred.

 

4. Fourth: ground beef

Heat the oil in a frying pan for 3 minutes. Add the meat and stir with a spoon, let it cook for 5 minutes.

 

5. Fifth: cracklings

In a pot add 2 cups of water and the chopped bacon, cover the pot and heat for 20 minutes. Remove from the fire, you put them to dry.

 

6. Sixth: chorizos

In a frying pan add two tablespoons of water and the chorizos. Heat until the chorizos are cooked.

 

7. Seventh: arepas

Put the arepas on a grill and cook on both sides.

 

8. Finally:  Serve

On plates serve rice, beans, ground beef, chicharrón, chorizo, egg, avocado, arepa and 1 slice of ripe plantain.

¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?  

Aprendí a implementar adverbios de frecuencia, sobre todo cuando describo rutinas. Aprendí a realizar oraciones con adverbios de secuencia, así como de especificar en otro idioma objetos que pueden ser contables como los que no lo son. 

Aprendí a realizar oraciones en presente simple, en pasado simple y pasado continuo, permitiéndome la creación de diálogos en pasado. 

 

¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué? 

Si es muy importante, debido a que la estructuración de una segunda lengua me permitirá comunicarme con personas de otros países y obtener una mejor competencia laboral y personal, sobre todo en un idioma como el inglés que es casi universal. 

 

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?  

Aporta en un gran porcentaje, debido a que desde mi área personal me permite mejorar íntegramente, así como la posibilidad de adquirir nuevas relaciones interpersonales, y profesionalmente porque me vuelve una persona más competente y me abrirá nuevas ofertas laborales que requieren un dominio en este idioma.
