Like a recipe, meditation practice, or familiar song, the prescriptive nature of these assignments was intended to guide people towards their own experience.

Du brauchst Sonnenschein oder eine starke Lichtquelle (Lampe). Probier kleinere Gegenstände aus und lass ihre Schatten auf dein Blatt fallen - an was erinnert dich der Schatten? Welche Formen sind dort versteckt?
Zeichne in und um den Schatten und ergänze fehlende Einzelheiten des Schattens zu einer Zeichnung.
Fotografiere dein Blatt und bearbeite das Foto im Handy. 2) Werde eine Minute zur Kunstfigur /Skulptur und verschmelze ganz still mit dem Gegenstand.
Mach das vor einem ruhigen Hintergrund, damit das Foto gut aussieht.
3) Bitte die Bilder im Handy bearbeiten: Belichtung, guter Ausschnitt, sodass nur drauf ist, was auch gezeigt werden soll :-) (das Motiv schön gross und mittig), Schärfe nicht vergessen!, Farbe...
