Type 3 is a Competitive Achiever. Type 3 is driven by the motivational need to be the best. They want to achieve their goals and tend to be flexible. Hence, Type 3 might do the share of the team mate's work himself. However, as recognition and image are important to them, it is very likely that type 3 will report this case to the teacher and claim his due credit for the extra work that he did.

Type 5 is a Quiet Specialist.
As Type 5 is being motivated with the need to know and understand, he will seek to find out what causes that team mate to miss out doing his share of the work. However, as type 9 aim to adapt to achieve their goals, he may compromise to share some of his work to his team mate to avoid the whole group getting into trouble.
