The students should match a vocabulary word, a concept, a process, or a topic to a meme picture. Then they need to add a caption to the picture, making an appropriate connection between the “term” and the meme. Additionally, the students need to be able to explain or justify why they paired the meme with the word and why the used that caption.

I only every use the FIRST one. Simply Paste the URL where it says  "Paste the video link here" and then click download. 
A window will open asking what kind of download and what kind of quality you want. Make sure you select an MP4.
I think every time I select the best possible quality and I have not experienced any problems.
