Reflect on the ingredients we have experimented with so far. Consider sediment and emulsifiers. What ingredients do you think would be best for our salad dressing and why?

Vinegar and water but not oil because oil separates into different layers but water and vinegar don't. Also, lecithin because it didn't really separate into layers and didn't leave much sediment. In all, lecithin was mostly emulsified

I think the best ingredients will be Vinegar and oil but with an emulsifier of lecithin.The lecithin was good because it had good stability. Also it would be sugar and citric acid because they did not leave sediment.

I think the best ingredient was lecithin because it looks like that it got mixed up really well with the oil water mix, and also there was no sediment, so I think Good Food Productions inc. should use lecithin.

I think the best ingredient for salad dressing is probably water and oil with a emulsifier of lecithin because in the in the experiment we just did, lecithin made the ingredients go together really smoothly.

I think the best ingredients for the salad dressing we are making would be vinegar, lecithin, and the ingredients that were soluble in or solubility test, so then there will be no sediment. Also, a little oil will do good, because it gives the dressing some flavor.

I think the best ingredient was lecithin because it allowed the mixture to be stable, and help the oil and water mix (the rest mix with water)

The best ingredients are lecithin because the mixture is not forming separate layers. It is just a gradient color of orange, light on top and darker on the bottom with a smooth transition. Vinegar because it does not form layers when mixed with other liquids. Sugar or citric acid because they don't leave sediment.

I think the best ingredient is probally lecithin because it was VERY stable, that and oil and water made something very nice. Although, it probally would not taste very good

Lecithin because it did not leave any sediment and it did not have any layers so that means it dissolved and will make a better salad dressing. oil and water leave a layer so that will not work.

I think we should use vinegar as a base ingredient because it will mix with other ingredients and tastes good. For the flavor ingredient we should use citric acid because it tastes good and dissolves in water.

Lecithin was the best salad dressing! (Just like I thought!) because it made the oil and water mix the best. While the flour had a distinct layer at the bottom and the cornstarch had 3!
