Don't leave water running: although this seems like it doesn't have much to do with water pollution, the more water we save the less chances there  are of that water becoming polluted in the future. So next time you brush your teeth turn the water off. Or when you shower, move efficiently to save water and don't waste time.

However, the other two water bottles are not the best regarding water quality. The one in direct sunlight became very hot and developed a lot of condensation in the bottle. The open water bottle had collected dust, a bug, and some other particles floating around it. While you could probably still drink the warm water, it probably isn't the best for you because it isn't cold or room temperature.
