Capture students who have gone off to other universities and then come back to us to speak to our level 3s about why this is their preferred environment. 
Student reps to be paid in vouchers - interview them and employ them to help with recruitment events and in visiting the classrooms of level 3 learners.
Make sure the FE experience is right and therefore encourages learners to stay on.
Make learners aspire to be at uni - sell the positives.
Set up more of an Alumni to encourage them in.
Improve the website - use profiles of staff and case studies.
Find ways of getting them to know staff early on. 
Get the marketing right - USP.
Sell our positive feedback and promote ourselves better. 
Involve local employers in design of courses - make use of employer contacts to spread the word.
Sell the success stories.

UCAS applications - who and how is it being done - what standard and do Success Coaches need training?
Unconditional offers? -No
HE tutors guest speak in FE - provided with the time in some way.
Have a budget and build in a programme of promoting HE to our FE learners - consider it an investment.
Clarity of the offer with regards to maths and English requirements for each course.
Have a buddy system with HE and level 3 FE learners.
