         <description><![CDATA[<div>Collectivists always fall victim to tyrannical indoctrination. Those without the ability to think for themselves will always be taken advantage of by rulers. Contrary, it's the individualist that has moved society forward out of its cycle of repeating the same mistakes over and over and getting the same outcome - Nothing. In retrospect, people today look back in history and acknowledge that those who were perceived to be insane in their time for speaking out against the collective, mainstream narrative at the time were actually geniuses, including many scientists who pushed the envelope in scientific discovery. Unfortunately, a lot of those very same people mock and ridicule those today who speak out against the current system because it's outside of their perceived norm - The downloaded perception of norm from their rulers. Luckily, we have great minds today who I believe will repeat this revolutionary way of thinking.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our education system is supposed to be getting us ready for the work place, yet they don't teach this kind of stuff in it unless you take specialized college courses (ops management, or specialized statistics classes). They should be pushing this sort of thinking onto teens when they hit high school. Now that you know basic algebra and other skills, we're going to teach you how to be an effective process manager. You know why? Because processes need to be managed. People can manage themselves. They just need a leader. But, if you can manage a process effectively, then anything in life will be much easier, because everything in life is a process, and people are part of processes. You don't have to pound on the table or yell at people are motivate them with fluffy talk. When you show them a process, then show them changes, then show them results on a new graph that show how the change in the process has increased control, or increased output, the results speak for themselves.</div>]]></description>
