I learned about HR roles on tracing back and analyzing back the company background or history through their annual report, creating primer based on specific audience, summaryzing long reports using Gen AI, making illustrative video for presentation purpose and much more.

I learned to know my audience and use the 7Cs to communicate better. We came up with crazy ideas, picked the best ones with matrices, and then let AI do the hard work. The AI was a bit slow with videos, but still, it made everything look way cooler.
