Right to bear arms

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

This is necessary as they realized that corruption can arise anywhere especially in the government. Therefore with our right the bear arms, we can rise up at any time to defend rights.

Right to a speedy trial

guarantees a citizen a speedy trial, a fair jury, an attorney if the accused person wants one.

A speedy trial is necessary because if it is dragged out there may be more evidence found and can cause extra indictments or jail time. Freedom to assemble Is the right to rally together peacefully to protest.

Without the freedom to assemble how can anyone peacefully protest unjust laws and such? This is integral, because things like freedom marches would not be possible.
