Once I start something I am passionate in, I am determined to complete it until I am satisfied!

I am also very nervous since I haven't been in school for a VERY long time!

My names Kristtian, pronounced Christian (it's pronounced incorrectly constantly lol) and I currently work in Emergency, Cardiac Diagnostic, and Oncology at three different hospitals doing admin work.

I look forward to meeting everyone, and I hope this program will push me to the next step in my career.

I also come from a background in HBSc in Biology from UofT. Aside from school and work, I also enjoy my unique hobbies. Attached is a photo of me driving my first drift event in 2023.

It has been a while since I have attended school, but I feel I am finally ready to jump in with both feet. I have been a cook for eight years and looking for a career change. Helping people has always been my dream, and a career in CVT will grant me the opportunity to help many people!

While I'm a little nervous about this program and all that it brings, I'm excited to pursue an area of study that I love. Before this, I studied at the University of Guelph in Neuroscience and Criminal Justice.

Fun fact, I'm a professional athlete in a rather unique sport called Quadball, based on Quidditch from Harry Potter that is co-ed and full contact. I've played multiple years in the Major Leagues and am hoping to gear up and represent Canada this year in the Nation Cup! This picture is from a tournament at the end of last year and the dapper little golden is named Douglas!

The work will be challenging sometimes; when the upper-year students warn you about A&P, please believe them. But working with your classmates is the best way to get through things! Help each other study the content, and don't forget to ask the professors when you get stuck. The profs are much more chill than you might think, and they want you to succeed. Also, try not to fall behind on the work. As a serial procrastinator, I speak from too much experience when I say that cramming things in the last weeks before exams will ruin you mentally and physically T_T

All that scary stuff aside, try to relax! I promise you will be fine. You made it this far, and things are only starting. So get excited!
