This village has been deserted since the 1800s, and is believed to be cursed. A minister named Salim Singh fell in love with a villager’s daughter, and in order to marry her, threatened villagers with irrationally high taxes. To protect themselves — and the girl — from the ‘evil minister’, the villagers left the place overnight, but not without cursing it. It is believed that no one can dwell in peace as an evil aura lurks in the town till date. People who have visited this village have experienced unexplained screams and unnatural shadows

This frightening island in Mexico has a rather peculiar story. A man tried to save a girl from drowning on this island but he failed and the girl lost her life. The spot where she died, the man kept a silver cross and in honor of her he started collecting dolls. He hung them up everywhere and now the island has more than 1500 dolls! Strangely, the dolls are badly mutilated, splashed with blood and have a terrifying aura. They say that you can hear a young woman crying for help on a particularly dark night...

This is the largest burial site in the world with the remains of over 6 million people buried here. In the early 1990s, a group of cataphiles was walking through the dark chambers of the ossuary when they found a video camera on the ground. The camera still had footage on it. From the video, they could tell the man holding the camera was lost and had no idea how to escape. The more they watched the more it became clear: the man was going mad in the underground network of tunnels. The video ends abruptly with the man dropping his camera to the ground. To this day, no one knows who he was or if he ever managed to get out alive. It is said, disembodied voices will try to persuade you to venture ever deeper into the catacombs until you can’t find your way out again.
