It isn't a well constructed market and the sellers have covered themselves and their goods with plastic sheets and it is the only means of profit for them. Taking these goods into the main market isn't possible because of distance. So they bring these goods to such a place where it is helpful for them and the tribal villagers who can't go to the market frequently because of the ineffective transport system.
