One positive about your video is you take about your own experiences of animation. This is helpful because it can help new animators understand what it is like to be an animator with the opinions of an experienced animator.

Another positive is you were animating during the video. This adds realism and professionalism to your video. The animations also give something for the audience to watch whilst you are taking and this can help to engage with the audience.

Another positive is you advertised your YouTube channel. This is an effective way to advertise your animations and people will now known of animator that they can watch. This is especially good for new animators and animators that are looking to work in the industry.

One improvement that you could make is talking about important statistics in animation. An example of this is the percentage of animators that face burnout. Statistics can provide more important information and this will be useful for new animators.

Ensure that accessibility factors are in place: for example, clear CC for deaf or dyslexic individuals.
While the video is good, my concern is that it remains fairly static and doesn't move away from you just doing one task. Would it improve the video if you added in overlays at times (like video in video) to highlight and visualise elements that you discuss such as: mental health, boundaries, etc. You did do this very briefly when showing the Source Filmmaker software. I'm thinking that you can show statistics of burnout/stress etc, just to add extras to the video.

Yes, the video was very easy to watch. However, as stated, the main concern is that the video remains on one element of animation which may lose engagement with audiences at a certain point without extra visuals. I'd also make sure that you have accessibility in there. There are CC options, but the letters are slightly small for visually challenged individuals.

I definitely didn't realise that animators suffered so brutally from art block and burn out, and it made me appreciate the people who make my favourite animated series even more!

This was an excellent video which could become a distinction level project with some minor tweaks. As you know, Units 9-12 are actually marked PASS/FAIL, but driving towards the FMP, this gives you a very strong standing.

I think that accessibility factors such as captions could be a great improvement, switching the background footage to something else could help to make the video a bit more dynamic. Another improvement I think could be made in the future is maybe trying to get multiple takes of vocal lines, certain lines were stuttered occasionally and could use another take, this simple change would make the video sound more professional and flow more efficiently.
