Two habits that I enjoy

1.set an alarm not only to start, but also to stop. Sometimes I get caught up in a task and don't know when to let go. Setting an alarm forces me to pause and evaluate whether I should continue or move on to something else.

2.I have an "allowed distractions" folder. When something comes to mind that I want to look up or review (like a video or a product), instead of doing it and losing track, I quickly jot it down and review it later at a specific time I set aside for those "distractions."

Two habits that I don't like but I do them

1.I plan my "Main Task of the Day" the night before. It's not a long list; it's just the one thing that, if I manage to complete it, I'll feel like the day was productive regardless of the rest. This takes away the anxiety of waking up and wondering "where do I start?"

2.I spend 5 minutes at the end of work "setting the table for future me." This means turning off devices, refilling my water bottle, and writing down the first task of the next day. It's a gift I give myself so the next morning starts calmly, not cluttered.

Ultimately, study habits are important because they take you out of "survival" mode. When you make planning and studying without distractions a routine, you stop chasing deadlines and start taking control of your time. This transforms learning from a stressful burden into a much more manageable and effective process, where you are in control.
