         <description><![CDATA[<div>People who have autism spectrum disorder suffer a lot from the lack of inclusion and accessibility in the school environment. A very common example would be the way they are taught and charged at school: without material adapted to their level of knowledge; without a trained professional to help them; environment where maybe there are people without patience and a lot of noise. With that we will get the consequences of not using the true potential of these people (who are very intelligent and creative), they could get angry more easily instead of people helping them to develop the ability to be in the social environment.<br><br>What could the school environment do, according to research? The adequacy of the physical space in order to ensure accessibility;<br>Continuing teacher training, in order to fully understand the characteristics presented by people who are within the TEA, as well as the pedagogical strategies that can facilitate learning;<br>Specific assessments that result in the elaboration of an Individualized Teaching Plan (IEP); Hiring a therapeutic companion.<br><br>Inclusion directly implies the quality of teaching in schools, while no student can experience failure.</div>]]></description>
