We started the business by taking products from vendors to learn how to manage the business. After two weeks, we started making our own products. The result I found is that building your own product is more profitable but the risk is higher in terms of raw materials and so on.


Changing our menu regularly is part of our business strategy to keep customers engaged, meet demand and stay competitive. Customers’ tastes change everytime and we adjust our menu based on their feedback. By introducing new flavors or seasonal items, we attract more customers and keep them interested.

We studied other businesses selling similar snacks. Most competitors offer the same drink like matcha, but we stand out with our pink branding & unique drink flavors such as add-on whipped cream and Oreo Crumb.


📌 Pricing Strategy

We compared market prices and set affordable prices to attract more customers.
