So the first job I need to do for today is to clear up all the plates, bowls and other used tablewares or glasses on the table after the customer had finished their meal. The lady boss said it's my first day so she let me start with the simple job for today, after today she will teach me to do other different jobs every day in future.

But my job today is to wash all the dishes and tablewares in the sink, because another dishwasher has not come, so I have to wash the dishes and wipe dry the dishes by myself.  Usually wash and wipe the dishes and tablewares are a division of labor between me and the dishwasher, but today the aunty (dishwasher) is on leave , so I took care of two jobs.

I am responsible for boiling eggs, peeling them and giving them to the chef to prepare for the noodle. After opening the store, the customers are more and more,and it's busy than usual, very busy, even the seats are almost full, but the crowd is still a lot and customers are willing to wait for a seat.

But today I also doing another job which is making and serve a drink to customers. I will also fill the jar when the drinks is finish. Except the canned drinks, lady boss will cook herbal tea , barley , or chrysanthemum tea by herself.

Because of we have some free time during the morning, so the lady boss ask me to help her to prepare some ingredients for their noodles, one of the ingredients that I had prepared is wash the bean sprouts and cut the vegetables. After 12 p.m., customer is increasing and mostly are parents come to the restaurant to take away their meals for their children because there is a primary school near by our restaurant.

As usual I will clean up the table and wash the bowl and glass, and when I am finish these jobs I will serve the noodles to customers also, in order to allow customers to enjoy their food as soon as possible and do not let them wait for too long time.

Because of there is a lot of customers visit restaurant today, the usage of bowls and tablewares are higher, and the dishwasher has not enough time to wash all the bowl and glass so the lady boss ask me to help the dishwasher to wash the glass together with her in order to speed up the speed of washing to ensure that they have enough bowls and glass to use.
