I am particularly interested in this position of Career Coach that would allow me to use my knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring academic.   

During my teaching experience as a Special Educational teacher, I provided individual counseling, small group counseling and whole class instruction to students with disabilities. I strived to meet the needs of each student. To accomplish this, I employed different counseling theories and strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles. I also recognized the importance of trust, and successfully established relationships with the students that resulted in a safe and comfortable, yet challenging, learning environment.

It was through my teaching experience that I discovered my counseling and advisory skills. Given my approachability, students would bring their academic and personal problems to me, and I derived a sense of fulfilment from solving them or guiding them to the best solution.
