         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is no one thing in particular. I have learned a lot. My first infographic  ever, in this class. Learning how to use the tools of technology is awesome. I never  knew how to put things together such as an infographic. I always used a regular resume. I am sure&nbsp; there is more to come. It is challenging for me.</div>]]></description>

         <title>What have you been able to transfer to your place of employment? </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We are all clinical and understands hands-on and simulations for clinical practice. The one thing  I  discussed with my peers  was  the Backward Bicycle. It  was fascinating to watch the video and understand why he could not ride the bicycle after the handlebars were  replaced. Retraining the brain to ride the backward bicycle  and training it again to ride the correct way  was interesting.</div>]]></description>
