The roles that physical activity play for me at school is that it gives me social contact and health improvement!

Through social contact, I am able to hang out with my friends in PE class in a social environment. For example, I am often busy at lunch times with co-curricular acitivties, so PE is the only class where we are allowed to be social and talk to one another, so this gives me the chance to catch up with my friends.

In terms of health improvement, I don't usually do much physical activity outside of PE class, therefore this is my opportunity to stay fit and active a few times a week, which is really important to me.
