Has there ever been a moment when someone’s assumptions about your identity didn’t match who you feel you are? How did you react?

Yes, it has happened to me that people made assumptions about who I am without really knowing me. At first, I felt uncomfortable because it didn’t reflect how I truly see myself. Over time, I learned to respond calmly, explaining who I am and showing it through my actions and words. This helped me feel more authentic and allowed others to see me more accurately.

Why is it important to look at overlapping identities instead of trating people as if they belong to only one group? How can this thinking help create a fairer society?

It’s important to look at overlapping identities because a person is not defined by just one part of who they are. For example, someone is not only a woman, but also young, from a certain background, or living with a disability. All these things together affect how they live and what challenges or opportunities they face.

Thinking this way helps make society fairer, because we understand better what each person needs. This way, we can create rules, support, and spaces that include everyone, without leaving out people who are often overlooked.

How important do you think theory is for creating social change? Reflect on whether ideas and knowledge are necessary, and explain your point of view.

I think theory is important for social change because it helps us understand problems and find better solutions. Ideas and knowledge give people direction and help them see the reasons behind injustice. But theory alone is not enough people also need to take action. I believe both theory and action are necessary to make real change.

It shows how people hurt each other because of religion and identity.

This song is important because it asks for peace and understanding. It tells us that fighting only brings more pain. U2 uses music to ask people to stop hate and live together with respect.

How do you think globalization influences the way artists from different parts of the world express their ideas and emotions?

Globalization helps people and cultures connect. Because of this, artists can see new styles and ideas from many countries. They often mix these new ideas with their own traditions. This helps them show their feelings in different and creative ways.

Globalization also gives artists a larger audience. People from all over the world can see their art. This makes some artists talk about problems that many countries share. But sometimes, artists feel pressure to change their style to please a global audience. This can make it hard to keep their own cultural identity.

Overall, globalization gives artists more inspiration, but also new challenges.
