         <description><![CDATA[<div>The harder you work in high school to overachieve in the classroom, the better off you will be. If a coach has to choose between you and a player that may be a little better than you, but you have better grades, there is a good chance he will choose you.  For example if you are able to get into the best school in the country, it will open a lot more doors when it comes to hockey which actually gives you a higher chance of playing in college than it would with worse grades. </div>]]></description>

Stay away from sugary sports drinks and attempt to drink close to a gallon of water per day. You will feel mentally and physically better. After workouts/skates, replenish your body with water, some salt and potassium. Pink Himalayan salt is great for replenishing.   </div>]]></description>

With that being said, you should reach out to coaches in any of these leagues during your junior and senior year in high school. Playing junior hockey is great for development and overall going to college a bit later than everyone else. It helps you mature not only as a player, but as a person. </div>]]></description>
