I appreciated that our group trusted each other, everyone entrusted their views and stories with the group, and the group was richer because of the diversity of our experiences. In our group we had people of different ages and leadership levels, and that didn’t seem to matter, because of the kinds of things we learn and engage with value all the voices in the group.

Authenticity and just getting to know people I never would have within regular work (outside of my team, program, etc.) - (Also I don't know who this is a GIF of lol)

We opened up and shared - life, loss, uncertainty, hopes. I think that speaks to the trust we have in one another, even across individuals who don't know or work with each other outside of this space.
