One of the main starting points of the "AI and I Learn Math" project was to investigate how we can effectively use the visual production power of artificial intelligence in teaching mathematics. In this task, teachers used ChatGPT and other AI visual production tools to prepare creative, entertaining and educational visuals that can be integrated into the introduction, development or conclusion sections of mathematics lessons.

The themes selected in line with the ideas suggested by the students in particular ensured that the visuals were student-centered and eye-catching. The prepared visuals were collected under the title of "Fun Visual Corner" throughout the project and turned into an inspiration archive that teachers can reuse in future lesson plans.

End-of-Task Evaluation:

This task revealed that mathematics can be learned not only through abstract symbols, but also through visual stories and associations. Teachers had the opportunity to both get to know and use artificial intelligence tools, and produced materials that appeal to different learning styles.

With this task, the project successfully demonstrated that artificial intelligence-supported, student-idea-based, original and educational visuals can be integrated into lessons. 21st century skills such as visual literacy, creativity and teaching material development were supported.
