         <description><![CDATA[<div>tests and procedures are done to find it. you'll have a breast exam, your doctor will check your breast and lymph nodes in your armpit to feel for lumps you will have a mammogram also <br>Treatment: it depends on the stage, you may have to go through surgery to remove the tumor, lymph nodes, entire breast etc.., after or before surgery you may have to have chemotherapy or radiation therapy. after the cancer is gone you can go to plastic surgeons and have implants put in. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. heat oil in large pan over high heat until wisps come off the surface. add capers, garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until just fragrant, about 30 seconds. immediately add butter and cook until melted and slightly browned<br>2. add broccoli and a pinch of salt, toss to coat<br>3. cover pan and cook, shaking pan frequently so it doesn't stick, until broccoli is charred and knife tender. 5-7 mins<br>4. carefully remove lid and add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. shake pan around to coat the broccoli evenly and serve.</div>]]></description>
