In this age of technology, receiving a card in the mail is a lovely way of sending/ receiving kindness. My sister got me using this card program - Send Out Cards - you can send cards to anywhere in the world. It's meditative to the sender and it's wonderful to hear back from the receiver. During COVID, it's also been a great way to make connections with a long overdue "hello" to friends you haven't chatted with in awhile.
