This means looking at each number and seeing what digits occur. Instead of looking at each number see if you can establish a pattern.(Hint the digit is not 0) Explain the thought process you used to arrive at the answer.          <description><![CDATA[<div>To solve this problem establishing a pattern is key. You can see that in 0-1 each digit occurs once. If you look at 20-29 each digit except for 2 appears once with 2 appearing eleven times. You can use this to extrapolate for every number in the group.</div>]]></description>
