Its good to implement a routine before bed so that the person knows now is time for bed and is in the correct mindset for it as well. This is 3/10 difficulty since it is not dramatically changing one's life. Some barriers to implementing a routine change before night time and maybe even getting enough sleep is that a lot of people with autism can't handle a change in schedule, so they might be overwhelmed. Another barrier would be having someone to guide them while making this change. If someone doesn't have the energy to help them do it for even one night, it would be messed up.

Another technology is the Qtrobot, developed in the University of Luxembourg. For example the MeRT Program, that helps anyone with autsim deal with anxiety and frustration/ cope with life challenges.

These programs help autistic adults find employment options at facilities that can accomodate to an autistic person's special needs.
