A sustainable community is where everybody uses renewable energy and produces as little waste as possible, along with this people would get along and work together instead of acting on their own all the time.

When an area has had too much money put in to it on things such as too many shops or too many houses and it begins to effect the economy in a bad way.

A sustainable community looks more green. The community is more happy, and areas are in good condition. It is where less fossil fuels are used, and more renewable resources/materials.

Overdevelopment means that a place has had too much development in a form (i.e. too many houses) which will negatively effect the community and economy of the area.

~Sustainable
Sustainable means something which can be maintained for a period of time.

~Life cycle of a development
In terms of a development, its 'life cycle' is its time of how suitable it will be for how long and how long the development will take.

A sustainable community is where everyone has re useable energy and re cycles and does things to help the future of other people.

This can mean to much has been done for the population of the area and only a fraction of it gets used.
