One of the most valuable aspects of the workshop was learning how to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks. The instructors emphasized the importance of writing clean, readable code and provided useful debugging techniques. Additionally, I learned about Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas, which are essential for data analysis. These insights helped me understand how Python is used in real-world applications, from automation to machine learning.

Another important lesson was the value of collaboration. Working on group projects allowed me to improve my teamwork and communication skills. Discussing code with peers and troubleshooting errors together reinforced the idea that programming is not just about individual effort but also about sharing knowledge and learning from others.

One of the most memorable parts of this workshop was working together with my friends and seniors. The best part was when we collaborated to create a robot, try using phyton and make coding from block. This activity not only tested our skills but also strengthened our bond as a team. I truly appreciate the guidance and support from the best senior, who was always there to help and motivate us🫶🏻.

Overall, this workshop was not just about learning it was about teamwork, problem solving, and building strong connections with my peers. I am excited to continue improving my coding skills and exploring more❤️❤️❤️🫶🏻

Participating in the Lego spike Robotic Workshop was an interesting moment for me because I gained a lot of information and practical skill that help me understand a lot about the working system of the Lego spike starting from compiled a small bricks to a futuristic robot that can run and do tasks based on code that I have been programmed.

Throughout the day, I was immersed in the process of designing, building, and programming a functional robot using Legospike components. This practical approach not only reinforced my understanding of mechanical design and electronics but also highlighted the importance of iterative problem-solving.

Overall, the Legospike Robotic Workshop not only enhanced my technical skills but also boosted my confidence in tackling complex engineering projects. I hope this workshop can do again in future and attract more people to join.

First and foremost, this is my first time joining robotic workshop. Even though, I’ve been studying Science Computer on Secondary School, I only know how to build application using Python and games using Scratch. Not gonna lie, I almost forgot the things I’ve learned before since I’m not use to it for a while. Therefore, this workshop helps me to recap everything back and it’s a new experience and knowledge for me about Lego Spike. In my point of view, this workshop is very useful especially for trainee teachers like us to develop new skills and utilize the technology. As for me, I found it’s easier now using AI to enhance the work quality that even saves time. Programming also makes us realize that working algorithmicly makes an activity run smoothly. Additionally, as we actively involve in learning and handling Lego Spike we got the chances to join many activities inside and outside IPG as it will shape a commendable character.

Attending the Python and Word Block coding workshop for LEGO Spike Prime was an enriching and insightful experience. It provided me with the opportunity to explore the intersection of programming and robotics, allowing me to develop interactive and functional projects.

At the beginning of the workshop, we were introduced to Word Block, a visual programming language that simplifies coding by using drag-and-drop blocks. This approach made it easier to understand fundamental programming concepts such as loops, conditionals, and functions. It was particularly helpful for grasping the logic behind robot movements and sensor interactions without worrying about syntax errors.

As we progressed, we transitioned to Python, which offered more flexibility and control over the LEGO Spike Prime robot. Unlike Word Block, Python required precise syntax and a deeper understanding of programming structures. Initially, it was challenging to adapt to Python’s syntax while ensuring the code worked correctly with the robot’s hardware components. However, through hands-on exercises and guided practice, I gradually became more comfortable with writing and debugging Python scripts.

One of the most exciting parts of the workshop was working on real-time problem-solving tasks, such as programming the robot to follow the blue line (tape) using sensors. These challenges encouraged logical thinking and creativity, reinforcing the importance of both structured and experimental approaches in coding.

Overall, this workshop significantly enhanced my programming skills and deepened my understanding of robotics. It also boosted my confidence in using Python for automation and control tasks. The experience has motivated me to continue exploring robotics and coding, as I now see their potential in solving real-world problems.
