The Underground decided as the best fitting venue for the event, based on it's popularity, previous collaborations with NULC and accessibility.

Running order has been established based on the musical feel/genre of each band in order to give the best experience for attendees. The running order has been designed to have a 'V' structure, with a high energy beginning and end, and a dip in the middle. This will hopefully keep the audience engaged.

Four local charities have been reached out to by Joss. We will choose one of these charities as a group in the next meeting to give the charities a chance to reply to Joss.

Photoshoots to take place on 19th of March for bands. This will be the first step towards getting a start on marketing and promoting the event.

Ticket prices are going to be set at 6 pounds. We decided that this price is reasonable, as it will cover the cost of hiring the venue, with excess money for charity (this is provided that everyone sells around 5 tickets each)

Action For Children decided to be the charity that we will raise money for. We made this decision based on the fact that it is a good cause that requires more funds than some of the other charities.

Dementia Carers Count have sent charity merchandise (branded t shirts, balloons, leaflets, collection buckets) to help us with fundraising. Alfie, Tilly and Joss have volunteered to visit classrooms to raise awareness for the charity and to market our gig.
