Dear Diary Theo,

I was carefully looking for old items to sell in a little town called Michka. I found a purse with no money, a old tape and a torch for Theo and I put the torch into my backpack. I was sure Theo would like the torch! I started searching for more objects but suddenly I started running out of oxygen because my little red light was flashing!! I ran back as fast I could to the base. When I got back to the base, I quickly turned the wheel to the right to open the heavy metal door,ran inside and I turned the wheel to the left to lock the doors. I quickly dropped my backpack, pulled a lever and breathed through my mask. I waited for the light on the base wall to turn green....I said in my mind to the light to hurry up because it was getting harder to breathe. Finally the light turned green. I picked up my backpack and went into the house. I put down my mask then my little brother,Theo, greeted me with a warm hug. Theo asked me what I brought back and I showed him the purse and he wondered what it was for and I said I had a surprise. I gave him the torch and he was delighted with it (Theo is always so curious.) I secretly turned on the tape and Theo heard the laughter and came to investigate. When Theo was looking at it the tape said" Do you want to play with us?" Theo wanted me to lend it to me. I said " No, you'll break it then I won't be able to sell it."  Theo said next time he will go out with me but I said "No, it's too dangerous!!!"  Theo said " It's not fair!!!"  I said "That's how things are, now go to bed!!! Theo went to bed. Soon afterwards I went to bed as well.

Dear Diary Theo,

I woke up at 6:00. I made Theo his early breakfast drink which was Milo. I said "Get up lazy boy......Theo ....wake up.... breakfast is ready." I went into his room but HUH, Theo was not there!!!!!!!!! I looked at the tape and it was gone!!! I said " Oh No!!!" I picked up my mask and I ran out to find Theo. I ran and ran, soon I was panting. When I reached Michka, I  ran to the school and I found Theo lying there.i didn't know if he was unconscious or dead. I quickly put his mask on and his goggles on. I carried him back to the base. When I was back at the base, I took of his mask and his goggles. I hoped that he would still be alive and I added some more oxygen into both of our masks. Night was approaching so I made myself some dinner. I felt Theo's pulse it went like thump..........................thump...................thump..........thump.......thump.....thump...thump. Suddenly, Theo opened his eyes. He said" Where.....am.....I...?!" I said" It's me....Lana. You are at the base inside our house. Theo said" Lana?! I'm sorry for taking that tape. I said"It's ok. It's broken by the way! I showed the broken tape to Theo. I said"Come, have some dinner, it your favourite, Chocolate milk. After Theo had some chocolate milk, I gave him a mentos and said" Eat it! After you have finished you can go to bed." Theo said" ok!" Then Theo went to bed very sleepily. I made myself some tea which made me feel sleepy and I went to bed.
