In this game, one player takes on the role of the seeker, closing their eyes and counting while the other participants find clever hiding spots. After counting to a designated number, the seeker begins looking for the hiding players. The thrill of the game lies in the hiders' ability to conceal themselves skillfully. Once a player is found, they may be the next seeker or incur a playful penalty.

When I was young, I enjoyed playing hide-and-seek with my friends. To play hide and seek, players are divided into two groups: “seekers” team and “hiders” team. The “seeker” is just one player while the remaining players are the “hiders” team. To start the game, the seeker closes the eyes and counts slowly to twenty. After that, the seeker will find hiders. On seeing another player, they yell “Found you!”. Once all hiders are found, the round is over and a new round begins. Hide and seek brings some benefits. You can learn the important of staying quiet when hidden and not getting upset when found. Moreover, it also helps you physically develop when you run, crouch, jump and other activities. To sum up, it is a great team game.

Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball through the defender's hoop, while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. A field goal is worth two points, unless made from behind the three-point line, when it is worth three. After a foul, timed play stops and the player fouled or designated to shoot a technical foul is given one, two or three one-point free throws. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins, but if regulation play expires with the score tied, an additional period of play is mandated.

Since the human body is less dense than water, water can support the body's weight during swimming. As a result, swimming is "low-impact" compared to land activities such as running. The density and viscosity of water also create resistance for objects moving through the water. Swimming strokes use this resistance to create propulsion, but this same resistance also generates drag on the body.

Hydrodynamics

Dolphin crawl: Similar to front crawl, but with a dolphin kick. One kick per arm or two kicks per cycle. This style is often used in training.

Catch up stroke: A variation of the front crawl where one arm always rests at the front while the other arm performs one cycle. This can also be used as a drill when training in competitive swimming.

Trudgen: The trudgen is similar to the front crawl, except that it is paired with a scissors kick, similar to that used in the sidestroke.

Trudgen crawl: Similar to the trudgen, but with the use of a flutter kick (up and down leg kick) between the scissors kicks.

Double trudgen: Similar to the trudgen, but the sides of the scissors kick alternate.

Ô Ăn Quan is a traditional Vietnamese game played for centuries. It is a fun and interesting game that strengthens the thinking capacity of the players. The game is played by two players on a board drawn on the ground or on paper. Small stones, seeds, or shells are used as playing pieces. The goal is to collect as many pieces as possible by moving them strategically around the board.

This game was extremely popular many years ago, especially in the villages where kids did not have many toys. Since it needs only a basic board and small objects, everyone could play it. Not only is it a game, but also a way for people to entertain themselves and train their counting and planning skills. Many parents and grandparents learned this game when they were kids, and they typically teach it to their children.

Apart from the enjoyment, Ô Ăn Quan also represents Vietnamese culture. The way that the pieces are dispersed around the board is likened to farmers dispersing seeds, and it depicts how important farming is to Vietnamese life. It also works to bring people together as players must communicate, focus, and compete in a healthy way.

There are fewer children playing Ô Ăn Quan today because of video games and other newer toys. Some cultural programs and schools still teach students how to play so that they can experience traditional games. This type of game must be preserved because it is part of Vietnam's history and enables future generations to connect with their heritage.

In brief, Ô Ăn Quan is more than a game. It is a tool for learning, entertaining, and remembering the good traditions of the past. Regardless of the times, this simple-to-play but meaningful game will always have a unique position in Vietnamese culture.

Kite flying is the traditional game from Vietnam. When you play this game, you must prepare a kite, a skein. When you fly a kite, wing surfaces that react against the air to lift create drag and forces. On 1635, John Bate's invented the kite. The kite is made from kolope (forest tuber) leaf for the mainsail, bamboo skin as the frame, and twisted forest pineapple fiber as rope, though modern kites use string. This is how to fly a kite perfectly. Firs, you must check the weather. If it have wind, you can fly the kite now. Fly your kite in open spaces away from trees and power lines. Stand with your back to the wind when launching it. Hold the kite high, release the line smoothly, and adjust based on wind changes to keep it in the air. To stay safe, fly on clear days far from obstacles or dangerous areas. Always watch out for changing winds. So in conclusion, fly a kite is the interesting game that you should play one time on your life.
