During topic one I learned they're are ISTE Standards for both teachers and students. ISTE standards are known as National Educational Technology Standards, are standards for the use of technology in teaching and learning. I would incorporate these standards in my classroom at the beginning of the year by having students go on a interactive webpage that unpacks the standards with definitions and examples to ensure full understanding

Through the use of flipped classroom videos, students can pause, rewind, fast forward a video on an upcoming lessons. This allows students to take their time on topics in which they may have trouble understanding. Flipped classroom videos allow teachers to work one on one with students the following day rather than having teacher teach the whole class.

During topic two I learned how ethics should be incorporated into everyday use in the classroom. It is important that students learn the ethics when it comes to technology, for example it is important for students to stay on appropriate school websites, rather than going on unethical. How I can incorporate ethical procedures in the classroom and with my students, I would have a printed out posters of the ethical rules in order to remind students the rules and ethics that come when using technology.

During topic three I learned the importance if using technology in order to communicate with both students and parents. There are multiple technology devices that parents and students are encourage to use because it allows teachers to be in touch with everyone at the touch of their finger tips. Being in communication can allow parents and teachers to have a tight net relationship where parents can feel comfortable asking teacher's about their children. Not only does technology allow for communication between parents and teachers, but it also allows the use of technology as a teaching tool. A way I would incorporate technology in my classroom in order to communicate with both parents and students is by making a website where I would regularly update with homework assignments, upcoming events, projects, study material, and contact information.

During topic four I learned the importance of how technology can be used to enhance instruction and measure a student learning. In order to enhance instruction through technology. Teachers must incorporate smart tools that allow students to further their learning rather than restrict it. Such tools as Z Space which all students to see digital representation of a heart, where they are able to take it apart by vessels and arteries. This is done by using a computer screen and 3-D glasses, this allows students the opportunity of taking the heart apart. Another great tool that teachers can use to enhance instruction is making a flipped classroom video. A flipped classroom video is a pedagogical model in which the typical lecture and homework elements of the course are reversed. Teachers make short videos on lectures, they are then viewed by students at home before the next school day. The following school day the teacher uses their time to go over what they have learned, homework, and projects. I would use flipped classroom in my mathematics classroom as a review tool. If i see that there are students struggling I would make a flip classroom video going over the lesson, this would allow students to replay and stop the video as many times as they could until they got the lesson.

During topic 5 I learned on how I can explore ways that technology can be used by students. Differentiation instruction is important for students to include in their classroom because each student learns differently. Technology can be used in order to include differentiation instruction, teachers can use maker space in their class. A makerspace is where students can apply what they have learned through out the lesson. An example of a maker space is the create center in Arizona. I would incorporate differentiation through technology by having students build their own makerspace, once they have done so I would have students have a gallery walk where their classmates would explain their makerspace.

During topic I learned how technology is used to support assessments. Tools such as Kahoot and Socrative allow teacher to make their own assessments in which students can take on their phones or on their computer. Online assessments allow teacher to see individual scores, this allows teachers to get a better understanding of what students are actually understanding and what they are not. I would incorporate online assessments in my classroom by having students take Kahoot assessments on their phones.
