Irregardless how busy you are, you shall released the stress by ex-heal negative energy from your mind and soul by doing some meditation. Benefits for doing an in-heal and ex- heal will improved blood circulation and contributing the substantial oxygen level to our brain. As for me, when my body feel exhausted with all the hustle and bustle work life, I will definitely allocate and squeeze some free time for myself by listening to some soothing music and plays with my tricky yet adorable German Shepherd dog named Coco. Of course, I will plan for my holiday so that I can make every holiday memorable. Not only planning help me create memorable holidays, but it also save a lot of time and money. This is because we can visit to the place we want without wasting time and we can try for the local foods of that place we visited.

2. Why is it important to have free time?
In my opinion, we can wind down by having leisure time after a week of hectic work life.
