As a normal person, I feel so lost on my first day in internship. However, it been comfortable to do the work when I already know hoe it should be done.

For the past 2 weeks, I have been exposed and learned to do costing package and quotation. I also have been asked to learn and understand the Umrah Package that Azzuha have been offered.

Today, I starting my day to do the minutes meeting that had been asked by kak ujie from HR Department. I also been asked to help one of the staff, ema to categorize the prospect by the end of the day.

Then, I was called by ustaz malik to discuss about Persada Oasis Umrah package. All the details about price, package includes and not includes. 

After done discussing with ustaz malik, I continued to do the invoice and have kak niza to double checking the invoice if there is any error. Then, kak niza passed the invoice to ustaz wan to check on the invoice again. However, there are some error and weird details which does not parallel with the rooming list that Persada Oasis had send.

Then, ustaz wan asked me to call for a conformation from Persada Oasis about the rooming listing and wishing to settle it down as soon as possible. After the break, I called to Persada Oasis to make a conformation but couldn't reach to the person in charge because she had a meeting. Therefore, I could proceed to finish up the invoice.

I also do have another task to be done which is costing for Umrah package that had been asked by ustaz malik. After done with the costing, I send it to ustaz malik to check it out and got approval from him before he asked me to send a copy to kak ujie.

Then, I along with on of the practical student in Azzuha has been asked to go for a stationary to look for a file for the tribunal case tomorrow.

In the meeting, ustaz malik as me to study and find about proposal on how to open a new branch. This is for further branch that will be planning to open in Kelantan and Terengganu. I also need to search for any format that related to budgeting.

I also need to communicate with ustaz hadi to get some details and conformation. After done with the task given, I was asked to send the quotation to ustaz shahimi by using email.

Later, I also got other costing and quotation task to do for Umrah and Visit Package that requested by ustaz hasan. However, I couldn't complete it yet and need to discuss with ustaz malik how to make it. This is because I unfamiliar with this type of package.

Then, I got another costing and quotation that I need to do and settle up. The quotation was requested by Mr. Zuhairi on the ground package for Umrah Safwah. After complete the quotation, I asked ustaz malik to check it up and proceed with send it by email after get the approval from ustaz malik.

Before I ended my day, Raja the staff from team sale asked me to make quotation for one of his prospect. After, he give the details to me, I save it to my file and proceed to do it tomorrow morning.

I'm never learn on how to make the receipt but I could make it in the short time with the guidance from ustaz wan and kak niza. Ustaz wan also asked me to make an invoice for Persada Oasis because they are adding a meal package.

After settle the task, we wait the jemaah for the next schedule flight. Once the Jemaah arrive, I pass the card and tagging bag to them before the others male staff arrive to continue their task.

Once arriving to the office, I take a little rest before kak niza once again asked me to go with her to settle the payment for Vietnam Package using Western Union in Kajang.

Thats how my day running on. I was given to be on customer services department because all the staff need to attend the monthly meeting including the staff from customer services. Sincerely, I do feel scared and a little bit unconfident because, this is my first time to handle work with customer without the presence of actual staff in the office. However, it surely the great experience I ever had.

In the morning, I along with my practical partner, fifi, receiving the attendance of customer to office for deliver their document. The first thing I do is to accept the document before proceed with writing up the receipt for receiving the document. After that, I do check the customer details in system before giving out the gift which is bag.

The, I do receiving the phone call from the customer and do explaining about what they want to know about the Umrah package. I also trying my best to solve the problem that the customer have been arise when calling to the office.

I also do learn on how to process with the document before giving up to visa department process.

Later that afternoon, I do receiving another customer to settle up his payment. I check up the exact payment that he should do in system before receiving the payment. I do counting the money using the machine before proceed with giving out the receipt payment.

Basically, I do all sort of customer services job well even without the presence of the actual staff. I also do learn from my mistake when deliver the job.
